I work with youths, teens, and adults navigating many different difficulties, with specialties in anxieties, ADHD, OCD, self-esteem challenges, and grief. Whether you’re starting something new, facing change, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, therapy can provide a safe space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
My work centers on authentic connection. I strive to create a genuine, supportive therapeutic space where you can show up as you are without any judgement. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) modalities to help you understand your patterns, manage your emotions, and build back your confidence from a place of self-compassion. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and care as you rediscover your strengths and create meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will support you at a pace that feels right for you with no judgment or pressure, just guidance and understanding.
